1. INTRODUCTION
This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the website iuliastejerean.ro, as well as the conditions applicable to the purchase and use of online courses and other services offered by ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL.
By accessing the website and/or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and accepts their application.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Course prices are displayed on the website in the currency indicated on the product page and include VAT, where VAT is applicable.
Payment for online courses is made using the payment methods available on the checkout page.
Online card payments are processed through payment service providers available on the Shopify platform.
ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL does not store the full details of bank cards used for payments.
The order is considered confirmed after successful payment authorization and transmission of the order confirmation.
5. PROVISION OF AND ACCESS TO DIGITAL COURSES
After order and payment confirmation, the client will receive access to the purchased online course, according to the instructions communicated on the website and/or by email.
Access is granted exclusively to the person who purchased the course and cannot be transferred to another person without the prior consent of ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL.
The duration of access to each course is as mentioned on the course page at the time of purchase.
The client is responsible for providing a correct email address and for securely maintaining account access data.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – DIGITAL CONTENT
In accordance with the legislation applicable to distance contracts, the consumer generally benefits from a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal.
In the case of providing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, there is an exception to the right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by applicable legislation, including GEO no. 34/2014.
The right of withdrawal may be lost after the start of digital content provision when the conditions provided by law are met, including when the consumer:
- has given their express prior consent for the start of digital content provision before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
- has confirmed that they understand that by starting the provision of digital content, they lose their right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by law.
Therefore, when the client requests immediate access to the course and expressly agrees to the start of digital content provision, as well as confirming the loss of the right of withdrawal, the course value cannot be refunded by exercising the right of withdrawal after the start of provision, under the conditions of the law.
This provision does not affect the legal rights of the consumer in cases where the digital content or service is not in conformity with the contract or in other situations where applicable legislation grants the consumer the right to remedies.

7. USER ACCOUNT AND ACCESS SECURITY
For courses requiring account creation, the account is personal and intended exclusively for its holder.
The user is prohibited from transmitting authentication data to another person or allowing access to the course by individuals who have not purchased the right of access.
ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL reserves the right to restrict or suspend access if there are reasonable indications of unauthorized distribution of the account or course content.
Before restricting or suspending access, the situation may be verified, and the user may be asked for additional information to clarify it, when necessary.
8. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The materials available within the courses, including video materials, photographs, texts, presentations, documents, graphic materials, as well as the structure and presentation of educational content, to the extent that they are protected by applicable law, are protected by copyright and intellectual property legislation.
Purchasing a course grants the client a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use for personal purposes, for the duration of access specified for the respective course.
It is prohibited, without the written consent of the rights holder, to:
- unauthorized copying or reproduction of materials;
- unauthorized recording or downloading of content;
- distributing materials to other people;
- publishing or uploading them to other websites, platforms, or social networks;
- reselling the course or access to it;
- transmitting access data to other people;
- unauthorized commercial use of materials;
- making the content publicly available, in whole or in part, without authorization.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The courses are educational in nature and aim to develop participants' knowledge and skills.
ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL does not guarantee the achievement of a specific professional, financial, or commercial result as a result of participation in the course, as results may vary depending on each participant's experience, involvement, skills, and practice.

No provision in this section excludes or limits the consumer rights provided by applicable law.
