1. INTRODUCTION
This Withdrawal and Refund Policy applies to purchases of online courses and digital content made through the iuliastejerean.ro website, operated by ETREND INTERNATIONAL SRL.
This policy complements the Terms and Conditions available on the website.
2. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
The products sold through the online store are primarily online courses and digital educational content, provided electronically.
For these products, no physical delivery by courier is performed.
After order and payment confirmation, the customer receives access to the purchased course according to the method presented on the course page and/or through electronically transmitted instructions.
Specific conditions regarding course content, access period, and included materials are presented on each course page.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, the consumer generally benefits from a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal in the case of distance contracts.
However, in the case of supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium, there is an exception to the right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by Article 16 letter m) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
Thus, the right of withdrawal is lost after the digital content begins to be supplied when the conditions provided by law are met, including when the consumer:
- has given their express prior consent for the supply of the digital content to begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period; and
- has acknowledged that they understand that by beginning the supply of the digital content, they lose their right of withdrawal, under the conditions provided by law.
4. IMMEDIATE COURSE ACCESS
If the customer requests immediate provision of the digital course and gives their aforementioned consent and acknowledgment, access to the course may be granted immediately after order/payment confirmation.
After the digital content has begun to be supplied under these conditions, the customer can no longer request a refund of the price by exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal.
This rule does not limit the consumer's legal rights if the digital content or service is not in conformity with the contract.
5. SITUATIONS PRIOR TO THE START OF SUPPLY
If the supply of digital content has not begun and the consumer has not lost their right of withdrawal in accordance with the legal conditions mentioned above, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within the applicable legal period.

6. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND NON-CONFORMITY OF DIGITAL CONTENT
If a customer encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing the purchased course, they are requested to contact us at contact@iuliastejerean.ro.
We will investigate the situation and attempt to remedy the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
If the digital content or service is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer benefits from the rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
The loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content does not negate the consumer's rights regarding the conformity of the digital content or service.
7. REFUNDS
When, according to applicable law, the customer is entitled to a refund, the refund will generally be made by the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless another legally permissible method is expressly agreed upon.
The actual time until the amount appears in the customer's account may also depend on the bank or payment service provider.
8. ABUSIVE USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF CONTENT
The purchase of the course grants the buyer exclusive personal access to the content, within the limits established by the website's Terms and Conditions.
Unauthorized distribution of access, copying, recording, reproduction, publication, transmission, or resale of course content is prohibited.
